A message from Pastor Harold A. Winter

It’s marvellous to be called to serve the Lord in the Fredericton CRC. This is part of a life-long call to ministry in God’s Kingdom. Already when I was 6 or 7 years old, I heard God’s calling to ministry. After that, all my schooling was geared to serve as a pastor or missionary in God’s Church.

After completing seminary, I was called to Trinity CRC in St. Catherines, ON. I was ordained on Sept. 29/02 and served that congregation for 6 years as their sole pastor. In Oct/08, I was called by the Lord and congregation of Fredericton CRC to serve in this community.

It is my prayer that Fredericton CRC can become a beacon of light and life in our community. We have received much hope, life, and love from God that will overflow into our community and places of work. I’m hopeful that with God’s leading we can earn a reputation for grace and generosity; not so that we look so good, but to bring glory to our Saviour and LORD.
